As Star readers know, Ariel Winter confessed to undergoing surgery after years of physical pain and emotional stress due to the criticism received for her voluptuous figure.

“It made me feel really uncomfortable, because as women in the industry, we are totally over sexualized and treated like objects.," she told Glamour Magazine.  "Every article that has to do with me on a red carpet had to do with ‘Ariel Winter’s Crazy Cleavage!’ or ‘Ariel Winter Shows Huge Boobs at an Event!’" she added.  "That’s all people would recognize me by— not, ‘Oh, she does great work on Modern Family.’ ”

However, that didn't keep the 18-year-old star from putting her smashing curves on full display, during her Spring Break in the tropical Bahamas.

Ariel's Baywatch-inspired one-piece — cut high at the leg and low in the back — left little to the imagination as to the actress' carvalicious silhouette, and even revealed a tattoo!

The star's dashing derriere was left front and center as she shared an intimate moment with boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette.

She sure seems to be  a-okay with her full figure now! Earlier this week she was spotted sporting yet another skimpy number. This time, it was a white hot two-piece that stole the show.
