Amber Portwood’s fiancé, Matt Baier, still may not be telling her the truth about his dark past. The 44-year-old Teen Mom OG reality star is now being accused of sexually assaulting a young woman.

The woman, who Radar Online withheld her name for privacy reasons, claimed in a request for a restraining order she filed against him that she was “in fear” after the alleged attack.

“I went to Matt Baier’s residence to have dinner and a date,” the young woman wrote in the affidavit. “He started touching me inappropriately in a sexual manner. Afterwards, he sexually assaulted me.”

“I am in fear of him and how he will react to these allegations, and am requesting a restraining order,” she revealed. Later, the judge ordered Matt to stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim. “There is substantial likelihood of immediate danger of abuse,” the judge wrote.

A source close to Matt shut down the assault rumors. “He was never even brought in for questioning by police,” the source told Radar. “They worked together after her allegations with no issues."

But this isn’t the first time Matt has kept shocking secrets from his 25-year-old MTV fiancée.
