Matt, 44, is currently facing suits for six of his at least eight kids — and is getting ready for his day in court.

Radar Online revealed that five women have filed suit for an undisclosed amount of money in Indiana where he lives with Teen Mom star Amber Portwood, 25.

According to Indiana's Madison Circuit Court records, Amber's fiancé has hired Indianapolis-based family law attorney Vanessa Lopez Aguilera to represent him in four of his five child support lawsuits; Vanessa's website claims she specializes in child support and paternity issues.

But that's not Matt's only problem.

He also owes baby mama Kelly Maguire Nunn more than $10,000 for their 8-year-old daughter.
