According to E! News, the 30-year-old is prepping to testify in court during the restraining order hearing against her ex — which is scheduled to take place on June 24 — and her lawyer's making sure she's not caught unprepared.

"The last thing you want is for your client to be surprised at a question, to get flustered," attorney Troy Slaten — who is not handling Amber's case —told the publication. "You want to ask every possible question that could possibly be asked that way your client is not thrown off-guard."
