Dance Moms star filed a motion to get an extension to file her pretrial motions — for the fifth time — and according to court documents, it was granted.

“The period of extension for the filing of pretrial motions shall be excluded from the time within which the trial of this case shall commence,” the document read.

Now, Abby has until Tuesday, May 31 to submit her paperwork.

Star previously reported, she filed for bankruptcy in 2010. Then, she pleaded "not guilty" to two counts of bankruptcy fraud, five counts of concealment of assets, and 13 counts of making false bankruptcy declarations in November 2015.
