Duchess Kate: Just six weeks after giving birth to princess Charlotte, Kate, 32, stepped out to watch her husband,
Prince William, play polo, rocking a pair of skinny jeans and a tight blouse that revealed her amazing postpregnancy physique. It's not the first time she's made an astonishing turnaround; during her pregnancy with Prince George, Kate reportedly put on 29 lbs. and then lost the weight within two months.

How She Did It: Kate, who worked out while she was pregnant, now does yoga twice a week and goes swimming "almost daily" at a new pool in Anmer Hall on the grounds of the Sandringham estate, where the family now lives. "The key is not what she's done since she's given birth, but what she did when she was pregnant," celebrity trainer and Smartwater ambassafor Harley Pasternak tells Star. "Women who eat well throughout their pregnancy don't gain excess weight." For Kate, that means skipping red meat and sticking with fish, fruit and veggies. As Harley explains, "Protein, fiber and healthy fats are important."

How She Did It: "She's motivated," Carrie's personal trainer, Erin Oprea, tells Star. "We do a lot of boxing, body-weight training and Tabatas—20-second bursts of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for four minutes." Carrie has also returned to a vegan diet and admitted that once she was given the all-clear by the doctor, she wasted no time getting back in the gym. "Looking great is a by-product of feeling great. When you take that time for yourself to work out, you'll feel better," she explains. One look at her and you can see she must be feeling great!

How She Did It: The fitness fanatic was intent on getting in the best shape possible while pregnant to make her recovery easier, so she combined circuit training with hiking, running and yoga. "For someone like Jessica, who has always been fit, it's not too difficult to bounce back into shape, thanks to muscle memory," Los Angeles-based fitness trainer Lacey Stone tells Star. Jessica also sticks to a Paleo diet, ditching refined foods completely. "Eating Paleo just leans you down and takes that little layer of fat and water weight right off your body," Jessica reveals.
