Corinna Kopf was making over $300,000 a month. Bhad Bhabie made $1 million in six hours. Even Piper Rockelle reportedly made $2.9 million on her first day. So when Paige Woolen was asked what job pays the most and answered with her own, she might not be as wrong as the trivia card thinks.
The moment came during a segment called “Paige After Sours” on Kick, where the OnlyFans star answered 25 trivia questions and had to eat increasingly sour candy every time she got one wrong. The candies escalated through five levels of intensity, and Woolen’s answers got more entertaining with each round.
When the question came up, “What job makes the most money?” Woolen didn’t even pause. “My job. An OF model,” she said. The actual answer was brain surgeon. “I don’t believe it,” she clapped back. “Yeah, we’re right. I’m overwriting.”
Based on April 2026 salary data, the average U.S. neurosurgeon earns about $723,000 a year. Sophie Rain’s claimed $101.2 million in all-time OnlyFans earnings would put her far beyond that — roughly 140 times higher. Even averaged over three years (Rain started posting in May 2023), that’s roughly 47 times what a brain surgeon makes annually.
“People hear OF and they think it’s easy money,” Woolen said in a statement. “It’s a full-time job. You’re the talent, the marketing team, the customer service department, and the accountant. But yeah, it pays better than brain surgery. I stand by that.”
Paige Woolen
Woolen first went viral in 2020 after she started catching men in relationships sliding into her DMs and posting the screenshots from a side account called Dudes in the DM. She’s since built The Paige Uncaged Show into a late-night style YouTube talk show that she’s described as “Alex Cooper‘s Call Her Daddy, but for men who actually want to be better.”
Earlier this month, she also made headlines after getting mistaken for Jennifer Lopez on the SoFi Stadium jumbotron at a Chargers game.
“One week I’m J.Lo on a jumbotron, the next week I’m arguing with a trivia card about brain surgeons,” Woolen said. “I wouldn’t trade it.”
Season 2 of The Paige Uncaged Show drops April 23.
