Miley Cyrus‘ older sister Brandi went under the knife recently — and she’s thrilled with the results.

On the Thursday, July 17, episode of Sorry We’re Cyrus podcast — which she cohosts with mom Tish Cyrus — Brandi, 38, dished on all the details of her boob job, including the size of her implants, that she got in February.

“Mine are tiny. Mine are 185ccs,” she revealed before sharing that her Nashville plastic surgeon, Dr. Jacob Unger, “said it was like the smallest implant he’s ever done.”

Brandi said that many people, including her boyfriend Matt Southcombe, were advising her to go larger, but she’s happy she didn’t.

“No regrets because they look great,” she remarked. “Everyone kept telling me — except my mom — ‘you’re gonna wish you went bigger,’ and I don’t.”

“Matt’s like, ‘You could have gone bigger,'” she added. “And I’m like, ‘No, I could have, but I didn’t. No, we’re good.'”

The podcast host explained that she had considered the surgery for a while before taking the plunge.

“I had been thinking about doing mine for like, I’d say like a year and a half before I scheduled it. I’m not one to make rash decisions like that,” she remarked. “I would rather sit with it, and if I still want to do it after a year or so, then it’s like, ‘Okay, then I really want to do it.’ Whereas, sometimes I really think I want to do something and then after a couple months I just don’t.”

She also said she consulted three doctors before finally choosing Dr. Unger.

“Boob jobs are expensive, and for me, I was like, ‘You know what, I can spend a hundred dollars here and there to see some different doctors and have some different options because it’s a big investment,” she admitted.

As far as recovery was concerned, Brandi said the most challenging part was making herself slow down.

“I just had the easiest experience. The pain was not bad. The recovery was not bad,” she told listeners. “The hardest part for me was restricting myself because I did feel so good right after.”

Tish — who went under the knife four times for her breasts — said when she got them done five years ago, she finally got the results she wanted.

“Like five years ago, I came to Nashville and went to a lady that did my lift right after Noah [Cyrus] [was born] because I just trusted her,” she recalled. “She did what I asked, and I freaking love them. I’ve never loved anything more.”
