Madison LeCroy sparked a fresh round of online debate after shaving her 5-month-old daughter’s head.
The Southern Charm star, who welcomed baby Teddi earlier this year, shared the clip with fans on Instagram on Sunday, December 14, showing her partner Brett Randle holding their daughter steady as she trimmed a patch of her hair.
According to People, the 35-year-old can be heard telling the cameras: “Here’s our before, Okay. Yeah, it’s time.”

The video led to LeCroy receiving backlash from viewers — but in a string of Instagram Stories, she defended her decision, explaining that she was only cutting a small section of her daughter’s hair, something parents may do in hope of encouraging fuller growth. She also shared a video of another parent doing the same thing.
“Y’all are so f**g annoying. I literally am cutting off the patch of hair,” she added. “I don’t even want to tell y’all stuff because some of y’all need to shave your head and start over.”
Later, she posted a playful picture of Teddi in a long wig with a cheeky caption that read “Mornin’ b*tches.”

The reality personality — who is also the mom of son Hudson, 13 — is in the midst of celebrating her first holiday season as a family of four, and has been candid about her experiences as a mom.
“We’re keeping it pretty family-focused this year,” she told People in November. “I can’t wait to see [Teddi’s] face when she sees all the lights and decorations — she’s at that sweet age where everything is magical.”
