Netflix finds its Voice with Building the Band — a competition show in which the contestants vie for the most talented musicians to form their music groups. The twist: They can’t see each other until late in the game.

The Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean hosts and Nicole Scherzinger, fresh off her Tony-winning turn in Sunset Boulevard, serves as mentor and judge. Kelly Rowland and the late Liam Payne are guest judges.
