Kylie Jenner Shares Full Details on Her Breast Implants: Size, Surgeon and More

Kylie Jenner is an open book when it comes to her nips and tucks.

On Monday, June 2, influencer Rachel Leary posted a TikTok complimenting the Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum’s bust and asking if she would be willing to share exactly what she had done.

“Girl, please, can you just tell me/us/anyone that’s interested in what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done,” Leary, 28, remarked. “It’s like the most perfect natural boob job ever.”

Leary captioned her post, “Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner 🥺 i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully 🙏🏼😩 #fyp.”

Ask, and you shall receive: The Khy founder, 27, left a comment sharing all the details, including sizing and the name of her plastic surgeon.

Dr. Garth Fisher has been the family’s longtime plastic surgeon. He did Kourtney Kardashian‘s breast augmentation when she was 22 years old and Kris Jenner‘s pinnacle facelift in 2011. Additionally, Dr. Fisher, 66, performed a corrective facelift on Caitlyn Jenner before she transitioned in 2009.

In the past, Kylie has been honest about going under the knife. She discussed her breast augmentation surgery, which she got at 19 years old, on a 2023 episode of The Kardashians.

“I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi — not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 — they were still healing,” she explained.

However, Kylie confessed that she later regretted the decision.

“I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,” she admitted.

Kylie added that she would not want her 7-year-old daughter Stormi, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott, to grow up thinking she wasn’t perfect the way she is.

“I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children,” said Kylie. “Obviously, I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. She’s the most beautiful thing ever,”  she continued. “I wanna be the best mom and best example for her. I just wish I could… do it all differently because I wouldn’t touch anything.”
