As Vanderpump Rules prepares to reboot with a new cast, 11-season vet Katie Maloney is moving on — with a new boyfriend. The reality star, 37, hard-launched her monthslong romance with Sleeping with Sirens guitarist Nick Martin.

“Nick’s different from the other guys Katie tends to meet — there’s no drama,” says a source. “He’s so sweet and treats her so well.” It’s a change for Katie, whose 2022 divorce from VPR castmate Tom Schwartz after six years of marriage played out for the cameras. “The show milked their breakup for all it was worth,” says the source.”
