The Flight Attendant star, 39, arrived in a sleek black gown with thin straps and a subtly cinched waist. The neckline is edged in black crystals and a slim belt kept the silhouette sharp.
She finished the look with a black satin clutch topped by a jeweled buckle, diamond drop earrings and soft rosy glam that let her eyes do the talking.
In her carousel, Cuoco posed on the step-and-repeat with her sister, Briana Cuoco, 36, and then cut loose inside the event — smiling big and throwing playful faces with her mid-party.
