Justin and Hailey Bieber Taking a ‘When It Happens, It Happens’ Approach to Expanding Their Family

She wants more! Hailey Bieber recently revealed that she’s eager to expand her brood and give son Jack Blues, 1, a sibling.

“I know I want more than one,” the Rhode founder, 28, said on the In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele podcast in late October, adding that her “fears” about becoming a mother have subsided as she and husband Justin Bieber “figure it out day by day.”

An insider says the singer, 31, is on board with expanding their clan. “He’s not pushing Hailey to wait. They’re taking a ‘when it happens, it happens’ approach, but both of them are highly optimistic it won’t take too long.”

The pop star has lately drawn attention for his erratic behavior, including an Instagram story questioning his own worthiness and a protracted rant at a group of paparazzi, as well as recent comments that equated “think[ing] about a woman with lust” with “adultery.”

Despite Justin’s public conduct, Hailey suggested earlier this year that their private relationship is stronger than ever, saying to Vogue she gets to “wake up to my beautiful family” each day, and that Justin is an amazing dad.

Says the insider, “Hailey doesn’t like the immature side Justin has been showing, but their marriage improved tenfold after Jack came along, and if they add another kid into the mix, it will give Justin even more purpose.”

Adds the insider, “Hailey’s always wanted two kids at least. First and foremost, she loves being a mom.”
