JoJo Siwa is still recovering after she was hospitalized for an ovarian cyst last week.
The singer, 22, previously revealed she went to the hospital because “one of my ovaries had a cyst on it that burst and was bleeding in my stomach,” according to Fox News reports.
On Tuesday, December 2 she gave her followers an update on Instagram, including photos of herself in an ambulance and on a stretcher.
“I’m happy to say I’m doing a bit better,” she wrote in the post. “I’m not in the clear yet, but feeling better and doing well!”

Siwa was allowed to perform at the Mall of America for a Black Friday event hours after attending hospital and being given pain relief, but has continued to have to deal with the aftermath of her illness.
She explained in her post: “I had a bit of a scare with a fever the night after I went to the hospital, but slept and woke up fever free and have been since! Resting when I can and drinking lots and lots of electrolytes! Keeping it pushing!”
Siwa also thanked fans for their messages and wished everyone a “happy December.”

Previously Siwa had explained on social media her mom called 911 when she suffered pain at home whilst lying on the couch and a bath only made matters worse.
After the ambulance arrived, her vitals were normal, but she was in severe pain, so she was taken to the hospital for further testing, which revealed the burst ovarian cyst.
Siwa has been home in the States working away from her English TV personality boyfriend Chris Hughes, who she met on the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother.
