Jessica Biel ‘Tried to Spoil’ Justin Timberlake for His 45th Birthday Amid Rumored Marriage Troubles

Justin Timberlake turned the big 4-5 over the weekend and wife Jessica Biel pulled out all the stops for his big day.

“I tried to spoil him,” Biel, 43, told Extra on Tuesday, February 3. “We filled the house with flowers and the kids made cards and we had a nice dinner with friends. It was perfect.”

She added that her husband of 13 years is “a deeply, deeply romantic, tender person.”

Despite spending Justin’s birthday together, the pair have been dealing with major relationship issues in recent months.

“Everyone around them can see the marriage isn’t working and it’s reached the point where friends are saying this limbo just isn’t healthy anymore,” a source exclusively told Star in December. “They’ve basically been living separate lives. Jessica is so focused on her work, her friends, her kids. It seems like Justin is an afterthought most of the time.”

In recent years, the 7th Heaven alum stuck by her husband after he was spotted holding hands with his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright in New Orleans in 2019. She also supported him amid a DUI arrest in 2024 and, most recently, a public meltdown at England’s Lytham Festival.

“The trust still hasn’t come back and all the therapy in the world hasn’t magically fixed that,” the insider noted. “They do seem to be stuck and Jessica’s friends are saying she needs to either walk away or fully commit because dragging this out isn’t good for anyone involved.”
