Jennifer Aniston had a simple but special 57th birthday.
The Friends alum — who celebrated her birthday on Wednesday, February 11 — reportedly spent the night with boyfriend Jim Curtis.
“Jen celebrated with a birthday dinner with Jim,” a source told People on Friday, February 13, describing the evening as “nice” and “low-key.”
The source added that the Morning Show star had “an amazing year,” adding: “She feels very happy. She’s in a great place right now. Spending her birthday with Jim made it even more meaningful.”
The hypnotherapist, 50, paid tribute to his girlfriend by sharing two photos of them together on Instagram, simply captioning the post, “HBD MY ❤️ .”
Aniston went Instagram official with Curtis in November, but he revealed during a recent Today show appearance that they’ve been dating for “close to a year” now.
While promoting his upcoming book, The Book of Possibility, Craig Melvin asked Curtis to share his and Aniston’s “origin story.”
“We were just introduced by friends,” the author revealed. “That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends, and we started to just chat.”

Curtis explained that it took quite a while before he and the LolaVie founder officially entered into a relationship, adding: “We chatted for a long time and we became close.”
Melvin, 46, then joked, “I’m not gonna put you on the spot anymore because you’re kind of blushing right now,” to which Curtis replied, “OK, yeah I sure am.”
As Star previously reported, the actress is still adjusting to her new normal with a boyfriend who isn’t wrapped up in Hollywood.
“It’s a culture shock, but Jim isn’t interested in turning into a piece of high-fashion arm candy just to keep up with Jen,” a source with longtime ties to Aniston’s team said.
“For this to work, Jen is the one who has to change, and she knows it,” the source insisted. “For all the talk about how she is ‘down to earth’ and ‘normal,’ Jim is the one who has real-world, non-famous friends, not Jen.”
