The History Channel has announced a new nonfiction series, “Historys Greatest Picks with Mike Wolfe,” hosted and executive produced by the “American Pickers” star.

The eight-episode series, produced by Cineflix Productions, will explore the fascinating stories behind legendary historical artifacts and rare collectibles, bringing history to life through the eyes of one of televisions most well-known treasure hunters.

Wolfe, who has spent over a decade uncovering hidden gems on “American Pickers,” will guide viewers through some of the most astonishing finds and their backstories. The series aims to reveal the secrets, historical significance, and value of unique artifacts while diving deep into the people and places behind them.

“Ive been on the road filming American Pickers for over a decade, tracking down hidden gems in the most unexpected places and connecting with fascinating people who are preserving history,” said Wolfe. “Im looking forward to embarking on a new adventure, while continuing my lifelong passion of picking with this series. Viewers are in for a ride through the greatest finds of all time.”

Wolfe, who has made a career out of restoring and repurposing forgotten relics, will take a fresh approach in “Historys Greatest Picks,” focusing on one-of-a-kind discoveries that hold historical, cultural, and financial significance.

No date has yet been announced for the series’ premiere on The History Channel, which has been home to “American Pickers” since its debut in 2010. With nearly 400 episodes aired, the long-running series has built a dedicated audience interested in antique hunting, restoration, and the hidden history behind collectibles.
