Hilaria Baldwin Accused of ‘Diva’ Behavior on ‘DWTS’: ‘She Went Ballistic’

Dancing With the Stars may have gotten more than they bargained for with Hilaria Baldwin with recent reports claiming that the reality TV star has been acting like a diva behind the scenes.

An insider told The U.S. Sun that Hilaria, 41, requested a private studio with mirrored walls for her to rehearse in so she could “focus on her aura,” and she allegedly banned the use of any fluorescent lighting in her dressing room because she wanted a more ambient atmosphere.

Though Hilaria’s manager called the story “fabricated” and “ridiculous,” the mom of seven also reportedly “lost it” when she wasn’t paired with Taylor Swift’s former Eras Tour dancer Jan Ravnik. Instead, she was partnered up with longtime show veteran Gleb Savchanko.

“Hilaria went ballistic. She’s furious producers gave Jan to Jen Affleck,” a separate source claimed in an article from Rob Shuter’s Naught But Nice Substack on September 4. “She thinks her chances of winning are now dead before rehearsals even begin.”

An unnamed cast member on DWTS allegedly said that celebrities, including Hilaria, feel like Ravnik’s partner has an unfair advantage simply because of his connection to Swift, 35.

“If Taylor posts one Instagram Story, it’s game over,” the cast member allegedly explained. “Jan’s winning in a landslide.”

However, despite the diva claims, Hilaria has thrown herself into rehearsing for the upcoming season, much to the chagrin of husband Alec Baldwin. Star previously reported that the 30 Rock alum is worried about pulling single parent duties for the next several weeks.

“Alec’s tearing his hair out at the prospect of being in charge of the kids,” a source told Star on Monday, September 8. “The fact that he’ll be up to his eyeballs in daddy duty freaks him out.”
