Hailey Bieber has scrapped a recent social media caption — removing a reference to mental health treatment — as fans continue to fear for Justin Bieber‘s well-being.

On Sunday, June 8, the Rhode founder, 28, posted an Instagram carousel with solo shots and originally captioned it, “lemon drop martinis and therapy all summer long. 👍🍋🍸.”

However, eagle-eyed fans noticed the model later removed the part about “therapy,” changing her caption to, “lemon drop martinis all summer long 👍🍋🍸.”

Fans took to the comment section to discuss Hailey’s wording.

“Wait didn’t this post just say ‘therapy and lemon drop martinis all day long’? Am I now hallucinating insta posts?” one commenter wrote on the post.

Another person responded to the commenter, writing, “You are right, she wrote ‘therapy’ than [sic] eliminated it.”

A third social media user asked, “Why did you delete the therapy part friend?”

Hailey has openly discussed seeking counseling in the past. In 2022, she posted a YouTube video for Mental Health Awareness Month, in which she shared that therapy had been a “game changer” for her.

Her post comes after Justin, 31, went on an Instagram posting spree over the weekend, sparking greater concerns from fans over his mental health.

In one of his Instagram carousels, which featured two black-and-white selfies, the singer-songwriter wrote that he was “Tired of transactional relationships” in the caption. “If I have to do something to be loved… That’s not love,” he added.

Like his wife, Justin also has a history of editing Instagram captions.

Last month, Justin posted Hailey’s Vogue cover on his account and detailed a “huge fight” between them, in which he told her “she would never be on the cover of Vogue” in the caption. He then swapped out his caption to read “🤷🫵🏻🫶🏼🥹.”

Despite rumors that Justin and Hailey are struggling in their marriage, Hailey said the gossip is “not real” in her interview with Vogue.

“And that’s the thing: I have a real life,” Hailey told the outlet. “My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son and my friends and I have people that know me and love me and I love them.”

The husband-and-wife duo tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first child, Jack Blues, in August 2024.

Back in February, Justin’s rep shut down reports that the “Peaches” hitmaker was using hard drugs, telling TMZ that the rumors about him are “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”
