While celeb-backed fashion and beauty businesses are having a billionaire moment — Hailey Bieber’s Rhode recently hit that mark — Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop has never reached such heights.
After restructuring the company in 2024, including huge layoffs, the 52-year-old told Fortune she wasn’t ready to quit, insisting, “I don’t even really want to think about it for another three years, or even start thinking about it.”

Now an insider tells Star that the wellness maven — who introduced the world to the This Smells Like My Vagina candle — is looking to cash in too. “Goop is open for offers from buyers at the moment,” says the source. “But Gwyneth’s pride means she’s not going to accept a lowball offer.
She won’t sell unless it can play as a win for her, her team, and the business she’s been building since the nineties.”
