Former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Wife Spotted Together For First Time Since Viral Coldplay Moment

Former Astronomer CEO Andy Bryon and his wife, Megan, were spotted taking a stroll near their luxury home in Kennebunk, Maine, earlier this week.

Andy, 51, and Megan, 50, both looked casual in photos shared by the Daily Mail on Tuesday, September 30. Megan wore cozy navy joggers that she paired with a hoodie, while Andy opted for a similar look that he topped off with a baseball cap. Pictures also showed the couple enjoying a picnic while they took in the beachside sunset. In all the images, both Andy and Megan wore their wedding bands.

This was the first time the two had been seen together since the infamous Coldplay concert when Andy made headlines after he was spotted on the jumbotron embracing Kristin Cabot, the now-former Chief People Officer at Astronomer. When cameras panned to Andy and Kristin, 53, she quickly covered her face and he attempted to duck from view.

“Either they’re having an affair, or they’re just very shy,” lead singer Chris Martin said to the audience.

The incident went viral and the following day, Astronomer released a statement announcing that Andy had resigned. Kristin followed suit the next week, and then filed for divorce from her now-estranged husband Andrew Cabot at the beginning of September.

However, People previously reported that there was never an affair between Andy and Kristin and that the two were just friends.

“Kristin and Andy [Byron] had an excellent working relationship, a great friendship. There was no affair,” a source told the publication on September 23. “It was inappropriate to be hugging your boss at a concert, and she accepts full responsibility for it. But the scandal, the downfall, the loss of the job — all of that is unfair.”
