Denise Richards ‘Sick Over’ Having to Pay Aaron Phypers $5,000 a Month in Temporary Spousal Support
A judge has ordered Denise Richards to pay ex Aaron Phypers thousands of dollars in temporary spousal support as their ugly divorce battle continues. The Real Housewife must fork over $5,000 a month to the 53-year-old failed entrepreneur — despite her allegations of domestic violence. (Aaron has claimed her allegations were “a ruse to try to cut me off from being able to obtain spousal support,” according to Daily Mail.) She has also been ordered to pay him an additional $30K in legal fees.
A source tells Star Denise, 55, is furious that she’s being forced to pay. “She’s sick over this,” says the insider. “She feels like the system and the ruling are totally unfair, and she’s now terrified that Aaron might get even more the next time they go back to court.”
The source says friends are urging Denise to try mediation to avoid racking up more legal costs. “She won’t hear of it,” says the insider. “She doesn’t want to have to pay a dime. She can’t believe that after all she’s done for Aaron, she now has to pay a grown, able-bodied man $60K a year just to go away.”
