Denise Richards Says Undergoing Plastic Surgery for New Look Was ‘the Best Thing I Could’ve Done’

She’s not pretending she just went to the spa. On March 21, Denise Richards and her Beverly Hills, Calif., plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei shared before and after photos from a facelift the Real Housewife underwent eight months ago. According to Page Six, Dr. Talei shared what work he’d performed on the 55-year-old, including a facelift, temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, lip lift for the outer corners of her mouth and fat grafting. In a separate post to Instagram Stories, Denise, currently going through a nasty divorce from Aaron Phypers, called the cosmetic overhaul the “best thing I could’ve done for myself.”

The results were striking, with the Wild Things star’s eyebrows and mouth lifted, the skin under her chin tightened and her eyes more visible. “[Her] stunning, gorgeous eyes were restored rather than changed or just cleaned up,” wrote Dr. Talei. “Even her earlobes look better from all views. The sad or tired look around the eyes and mouth have been neutralized,” he continued, adding, “Even the furrowing between her eyebrows has been relaxed.”

Denise, who said she was “forever so grateful,” to the surgeon, isn’t the first celeb to recently come clean about having work done. Kylie Jenner even revealed the size of her breast implants to her fans, while her mom, Kris Jenner, singlehandedly made the deep-plane facelift go viral.
