Danielle Fishel has shared an update on her breast cancer battle.
The Boy Meets World alum, 44, is looking to the future after she was diagnosed with high grade ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) — which is an early stage of breast cancer — last year.
“I just had a recent appointment with my oncologist. Everything’s good. We’re all clear,” she told People at iHeartRadio’s 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2025 on Friday, December 5.
Fishel, who wore a daring floral suit to the event, has a positive outlook following her last radiation treatment in January, 2025.

“I don’t have to have another mammogram until next June,” the former Dancing with the Stars contestant added. “I’m in a really good headspace, and I’m just so grateful that I have my health and that I have my family.”
“I have a lot to be grateful for, especially this year,” she concluded.
Fishel revealed her DCIS diagnosis in August 2024, on an episode of her podcast Pod Meets World, which she co-hosts with her fellow former Boy Meets World stars Will Friedle,49, and Rider Strong, 46.

“They found it so, so, so early that I’m going to be fine,” she said at the time. “So, I want to share this because I hope that it will encourage anyone to get in there. If it’s time for your appointment, if you’ve never had an appointment before, get in there.
“If you have to find out that you have cancer, find out when it’s at stage 0, if possible,” the mom of two added.
Friedle — who was one of the first people Fishel told outside of her family — reassured his friend: “We love you, and you know that we’ve got you. Whatever you need, we’re here. You are going to be fine, and you might have some sucky days coming up, but we’re here for you.”
