Chrissy Teigen Shows Off Smile With Missing Front Tooth After Candy Cane Catastrophe

Forget Santa Claus — Chrissy Teigen needs a visit from the Tooth Fairy this Christmas!

The 40-year-old model revealed in an Instagram Reel shared Sunday, December 21, that she lost one of her veneers during a holiday-themed arts and craft project with her kids.

The mom of four — who shares daughters Luna, 9, and Esti, 2, and sons Miles, 7, and Wren, 2, with husband John Legend — had her children pot candy cane “plants” with Oreo cookie soil, and each night while they were asleep, she would add candy cane pieces so that their plants could “grow.”

One night, while seemingly trying to unwrap a candy cane using her teeth, Teigen’s “tooth fell off.”

“It’s a veneer,” she explained to the camera. “I have the whole piece. This is what moms do for their kids, so you can think you grew a candy cane. I was just trying to create magic, and now I have no tooth.”

“Tomorrow is the Winter Sing, so…” the Cravings author added, before the Reel cut to footage of her at the holiday concert with her missing front tooth.

“Merry chrithmath from our family to yours!!!!!!!” she jokingly wrote in the caption, to which husband Legend, 46, replied with multiple crying-laughing emojis.

“All I want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth,” one person wrote in the comments section, garnering thousands of likes.

In her Instagram Story, Teigen revealed that she got her smile sorted out just before Christmas.

“We are back in business,” she wrote over a video of her getting her tooth fixed, tagging Dr. Laurence Rifkin. “Shout out to the tooth goat.”
