Andrew Garfield Still Hung Up On Emma Stone
Andrew Garfield is “haunted by guilt and regret” over the 2015 end of his four-year relationship with Emma Stone — especially after the end of his recent romance with Kate Thomas.
“He’s convinced he let the love of his life slip through his fingers,” says a source. “But Emma is married now to Dave McCary and has a daughter, so Andrew is stuck with his memories.”
Yet both have previously stated their enduring feelings for each other. In 2015, Emma, 35, called her ex “someone I still love very much,” while the 41-year-old returned the sentiment in 2017, gushing, “There’s so much love between us.” Hence the problem: Says the source, “Friends say Andrew will never find the right girl if he keeps moping about the past!”
