Prince Harry, 33, and former President Barack Obama, 56, were spotted laughing and smiling together at the Invictus Games on Friday. Harry, who is a veteran himself, founded the annual sporting tournament to shine a light on servicemen and servicewomen who have been injured in combat. This year’s competition was held in Toronto.

President Obama brought along his friend, former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden. The foursome visited with athletes and took photos and cheered from the stands. President Obama took to Twitter to express his feelings about the tournament saying, “Proud to cheer on Team USA at the Invictus Games today with my friend Joe. You represent the best of our country.”

First Lady Melania Trump was present at the opening ceremony on September 23. President Donald Trump did not attend. Prince Harry was photographed with the FLOTUS sitting in the stands looking decidedly bored although the two met earlier in the day and were overheard exchanging pleasantries.

Prince Harry and Melania Trump may have had a more formal first meeting, but Harry and Barry, as many are now calling them, seemed like old friends. You may recall that the pair, along with former First Lady Michelle Obama and Queen Elizabeth put together a funny video featuring a fake challenge on social media in order to promote the 2016 Invictus Games.
