When the waiter brought dessert, the plate was adorned with a note spelled out in chocolate that read, “Congratulations Scott and Sofia!”

The 34-year-old reality star and the Lionel Richie’s model daughter were first spotted together in the South of France where they spent time together on a yacht during the Cannes Film Festival. They have been practically inseparable ever since.
