Rob’s baby mama flipped out on a neighbor when a construction worker got to installing a new roof on their house at 9 a.m., screaming that the noise woke up her daughter, Dream. The homeowner was so unnerved by Chyna’s over-the-top reaction that she called the police, who explained that despite her baby’s nap schedule, construction can legally begin at 7 a.m. The cops left after Chyna simmered down, but she may be out of luck the next time she needs to borrow a cup of sugar!
