'Power' Star Omari Hardwick Reveals Explosive Season 4 Spoilers!

Will his character Ghost finally face the consequences of his actions?

The last season of  Starz’ hit show, POWER, left fans biting their nails and scratching their heads over Ghost’s fate as he was finally arrested and about to face a long time in prison. And this season is sure not to disappoint!

StarMagazine.com caught up with the cast at the Langham Hotel in New York City and they spilled explosive details on the upcoming fourth season.

Season four picks up after James ‘Ghost’ St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) is arrested by his ex girlfriend Angela Valdes, for the murder of Greg Knox (also the former boyfriend of Valdez), a crime he didn’t actually commit.

Lela Loren, who plays Angela Valdez, spoke exclusively to Star about POWER‘s theme of irony. “Ghost is innocent of this crime but he is not innocent,” Loren said. “Redemption is ironic.”

This season also centers around Ghost’s potential redemption. The character struggles internally now more than ever about the duel image he feels forced to portray as James, a successful club owner, and Ghost, a drug dealer.

Omari told Star that fans will see Ghost as we’ve never seen him before— “powerless.”

While Ghost is in jail, Tasha (Naturi Naughton) must juggle being a mom and a supportive wife to her husband. Tasha is forced to make difficult decisions that will directly affect her children.

The mother-to-be spoke with Star about how being pregnant while shooting influenced her character. “My maternal instincts started to kick in right away,” Naturi said, “Being pregnant while shooting … I knew in my mind that there was a switch and I started to empathize with Tasha and understand her journey more.”

Make sure to watch POWER when it airs Sundays at 9pm ET on Starz.
