Blac Chyna has lost her legal fight to own the official rights to the name “Angela Renee Kardashian”. Her loss is a massive win for Kim Kardashian-West, Kourtney Kardashian, and Khloé Kardashian, who were successful in their efforts to block the petition Blac launched to secure the ability to borrow from the Kardashian moniker’s mega-watt marketing weight to promote merchandize and subsequently further her own financial earnings. TMZ originally broke the story reporting that the Kardashian sisters didn’t want brother Rob Kardashian’s on-again-off-again fiancé and baby mama to capitalize from their family’s fame even if she did end up marrying Rob some day. Nothing indicates that will be happening that any time soon, especially now that Rob’s sisters filed the legal paperwork necessary to prevent Blac from using the Kardashian name professionally, which the trio claimed could result in confusion in the marketplace. Blac did not respond to the documents filed by Rob’s sisters. Perhaps she’s hoping to keep the drama to a minimum so that even though her use of the Kardashian name to sell merch is permanently off the table, a future marriage to Rob isn’t. The pair became parents to four-month-old baby girl, Dream Kardashian, who is Blac’s second child. She shares her first, King Cairo, 4, with ex Tyga, who is currently dating Rob’s half sister, Kylie Jenner, 19. Blac’s not completely off of the Kardashian clan’s money train. TMZ confirmed she recently visited a government building to secure work permits for her kids so that they might legally earn money from appearances on shows like Keeping Up With The Kardashians. This has reportedly caused drama with ex Tyga, who reportedly is against his son’s working, preferring he stay in school and lead a normal life. Blac has accused Tyga of being a deadbeat dad, outing him on Snapchat for failure to pay child support.
