Tori Spelling‘s husband Dean McDermott is being accused of being a deadbeat dad to his oldest son, Jack.
The cookbook author, 50, owes more than $100,000 in child support and alimony to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Estace. Even worse, he’s been skipping out on paying for the 18-year-old’s private schooling, according to RadarOnline.com.

“Dean owes Jack’s school thousands of dollars,” a family insider told Radar. “Mary Jo is disgusted by Dean’s behavior.”
The teen, who mostly lives with his mother in Canada, is currently a senior in high school and will be attending college next year on a scholarship. He also recently came out as gay.

In January, Jack’s 54-year-old mom was forced to file an order to show cause for contempt in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming her ex had not ponied up child support and alimony for months following an agreement made in Sept. 2006. An exasperated Mary Jo has now claimed she’s owed more than $111,000 from Dean and wants him to pay it in monthly installments by July 2020.
Meanwhile, Dean is awaiting the arrival of his sixth child — his fifth with Tori, 43. And as if he doesn’t have enough on his plate, Dean and Tori have been slapped with more financial woes, including unpaid taxes and credit card debt.

But Mary Jo is convinced that her son Jack won’t end up in a financial quagmire like this dad.
“I think Jack received the gift of being a motivated man,” she recently told the Toronto Sun.
“He wants to control his life. He saw his dad on TV have a nervous breakdown and doesn’t want to be that,” she went on. “Dean and Tori have uprooted him so many times with all their moves. They have conveyed to him such mixed messages about money they had for themselves versus money they had for him. All of this could have led to bad places for Jack, yet instead he finds joy in all situations. I’m so proud of him.”

Mary Jo and Dean were married from 1993 to 2006. In July 2005, Dean was filming a Lifetime flick Mind Over Murder where he and Tori began their affair. Tori was married to her first husband, Charlie Shanian at the time. After a speedy split from their partners, the two quickly wed.
