The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Kim Richards literally spent her spring and summer season being punished after one bad string of events after another—her hotel rampage, assaulting a cop, shoplifting over $600 worth of merchandise at Target, multiple arrests and most recently being hospitalized for alcohol addiction.
But from the sounds of it, after breaking her silence on Twitter on Sept. 8, the former reality star seems to have landed back on earth with two feet.
Star reported that the reality star recently scored a plea deal after her arrest for public intoxication at a high-end Los Angeles hotel on August 31, where she traded jail time for probation and ‘light’ community service activity.

Over the weekend, Kim responded to fans on Twitter saying, “I hope you all had a fun & safe Labor Day. I’ve missed you all! Thank you for all the love you all mean so much to me.”

And the RHOBH star wasn’t fazed by fan questions either. The star was asked by one fan if she was “Still sober?” and replied “Yes I am.”
