Just weeks after saying “I do,” newlyweds Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are getting ready to say “goodbye.”

While Jen films Mother’s Day in Georgia, Justin will be 1,000 miles away shooting the second season of The Leftovers in Texas. “They’re going to be apart for three months,” a source tells Star. “It’s hardly the most romantic start to their marriage, but it’s not as if this separation is a surprise. That’s just the nature of the job. They’re both married to their careers, as well as to each other.”

Pals say Jen, 46, and Justin, 44, aren’t happy about the distance, but they’re determined to make it work. “It’s going to be hard, and it’s far form ideal,” the insider explains, “but Jen hopes their schedules will at least allow them to see each other every two weeks.” So much for the honeymoon phase!
