This season of Real Housewives of New York has been particularly dramatic with RHONY Bethenny Frankel’s return to the show.
Bethenny’s life continues to crumble, as she is forced to deal with her ongoing, nasty divorce with Peter Sussaman, while also juggling her current business interests and accepting that her TV show Bethenny was a flop. In addition to the handful of personal problems, this housewife reality star is coping with, she also has a co-star that never ceases to pour salt in her wounds.

RHONY Heather Thomson, who is notoriously known for sticking her nose in anyone’s business, continuously attempts tending to Bethenny, regarding everything from her allergy to fish at one specific dinner party to her custody schedule with her daughter. Heather may think her intentions are coming from a good place, but her excessive nurturing behaviors are perceived by most of the cast as overbearing and intrusive.

The only cast member who seems to be on Heather’s side throughout these dramatic encounters is housewife Kristen Taekman. This reality star doesn’t believe that Heather’s intentions should be misconstrued as anything, but helpful and caring.

“I think that Heather comes from a really genuine, loving place and she just tries to help. In her words, she’s ‘Mama Bear,’” Kristen exclusively tells Star. “Everything is kind of taken out of context… and it’s just sad to see it. I just hate how everybody beats her up for that because it really just is not the case at all.”
Bethenny looks like she’s on the brink of complete meltdown, as persistent Heather remains eager to help.
