Rise Nation’s studio is located right in the heart of West Hollywood and has become a favorite for those on-the-go who need a quick workout with lasting results.
A Rise Nation instructor motivates the class through the entire 30-minute workout on the Versa Climber machine, which simulates climbing a mountain.
The classes are taught in a space similar to that of a local Hollywood nightclub complete with black out shades, air conditioning, an illuminated art installation that hangs from the ceiling and the latest hit dance remixes.
Following the workout guests are invited to socialize and even grab a post-workout juice while chatting on the 850-square foot rooftop patio connected to the studio.
