Leah Calvert and Jeremy Calvert are officially divorced—new reports say the signing of papers took place while Teen Mom 2 Leah finishes her 30-day stint in a Utah rehab center, where she’s suffering from “depression and stress.”
Since the reality star couldn’t show up in person at the West Virginia court divorce proceedings, Leah “participated on the phone from rehab” on June 8, In Touch reported. The divorce drama sparked when Leah allegedly cheated on husband Jeremy with her ex.
The Teen Mom 2 couple planned custody arrangements for their two-year-old daughter Addalynn before the “uncontested” divorce hearing, so Leah and Jeremy’s divorce court hearing only lasted fifteen minutes.

Leah is still in a custody battle for her five-year-old twin daughters from her previous 6-month marriage to Corey Simms.
