Looks like chef Bobby Flay may be in a bit of hot water.
According to new reports, his soon-to-be ex-wife Stephanie March is not happy about the measly $5,000 monthly alimony payment and $1 million dollar buyout for their house, stipulated in their prenup. According to the blonde beauty, not only is it public knowledge that Flay has a net worth of $20 million, but she is the reason his restaurants have been so successful, so she deserves a lot more and plans to collect!
The Law & Order actress says that Flay believed she had an “an amazing palate.” Whether that was mere pillow talk or he actually meant it, Stephanie sure took it literally. The fiery coiffed culinary artist depended on his estranged wife to sample and approve all of his savory dishes, and it was her taste buds that made the final decision on whether a recipe would be part of a restaurant’s cuisine. Her main claims to fame are the 50-year-old celebrity chef’s two NYC restaurants, Bar Americain, and the now defunct Spanish eatery Bolo, since during a trip to Spain, Stephanie tasted some tapas and recommend he add them to the menu – a suggestion he grudgingly obliged to.
But Bobby wholeheartedly disagrees with his ex’s deluded musings and doesn’t feel like crediting her for any of his success.
