Handcuffs might greet her soon after she arrives back in the states from London.
Lindsay Lohan‘s court date on Thursday in California will review her community service hour completion after her reckless driving conviction in 2012. But she’s probably dreading that moment right now.
TMZ reported that Lindsay, 28, failed to complete the additional 125 hours of community service she agreed to. When she last appeared in court for the judge to review her service report, the review didn’t go as planned for the actress.
“There were things that she did that didn’t qualify as community service,” Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White told People this past February. Such activities included meeting fans while filming.
“We’ll probably ask that her probation be revoked,” White told the New York Daily News. “It doesn’t appear she’s taking it very seriously.”
But she’s sure trying to put on a good image right before the court date. In fact, Lindsay posted a snapshot of her working with envelopes in a London office with a caption of “Community Service-office day-[thumbs up emoticon].”
If her representatives can’t get her additional service hours dropped, Lindsay may face arrest next, UPI.com reports.
