It looks like there may be another big fight coming up for Floyd Mayweather – this time the arena will be a courtroom!

Just days after Mayweather took home a $100 million dollar check for defeating Manny Pacquiao in the most anticipated boxing match of the year, ex-girlfriend Josie Harris filed a lawsuit against him, demanding a large chunk of it.

Harris filed a civil lawsuit in LA County on Tuesday afternoon, and seeks $20 million in damages from Mayweather, for defamation of character, and making false statements on camera in an interview last month with journalist Katie Couric, to promote his fight with Pacquiao. In the interview, Mayweather answered questions about the 2010 incident that led to him serving jail time for beating up Harris, the mother of his three children.

Claiming his ex was on drugs, and that on the evening in question, he was merely trying to restrain her, not beat her, Mayweather gave his take on the incident to Couric. “Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? No, that didn’t happen. Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that’s domestic violence, then, you know what? I’m guilty. I’m guilty of restraining someone.”
