David Letterman, 68, was asked what advice he had to offer the class of 2015 during his Late Show on Monday, April 20.
This is what he had to say:
“Treat a lady like a whore, and a whore like a lady.”
A source in the audience told Page Six that it was supposed to be the first laugh of the night, but the audience didn’t respond. At all.
To gain traction again with the audience, the Page Six insider said Letterman instead said to act nice and “eat a lot of salad.”
