They haven’t always been the best of friends, but with Teresa Giudice in jail, things seem to be patched up between her and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star appeared on Watch What Happens Live Sunday, and updated Andy Cohen and viewers on how her family members are doing.
“She’s doing well,” Melissa dished. “My mother in law gives me updates all the time, and she’s doing really good.”
In fact, the reality star says she’s even written to her family member behind bars, and added that Teresa and Joe Gorga talk on the phone. And, as for Teresa’s husband, Joe Giudice, who will head to jail when his wife’s sentence is up, the couple’s four daughters continue to be his main focus.
“It’s heavy on his heart,” Melissa admitted. “It’s a lot, but I pass him in the morning and he’s driving the girls to school. It’s heartwarming to see him…he’s manning up and doing what he has to do. I see him driving the girls every morning.”
Teresa has been at the Danbury Correctional Facility since the beginning of January.
