Lindsay Lohan has been loving life in London (she’s even said she has no plans to move back to L.A.!), but the re-location may not be best for all her pending legal drama. According to TMZ, the actress has failed to complete court-mandated community service hours, and it could land her back behind bars.
After a 2012 reckless driving case, in which the now 28-year-old crashed into a tractor trailer on the Pacific Coast Highway, LiLo was required to perform 240 hours of service. The work was supposed to have been completed by November 2014, but during a court appearance at that time, her lawyer admitted his client had only done half the hours.
Another date was set, and Lindsay is expected to show proof of completion by next Wednesday, but the site reports she’s still not even close to finishing!
Over the holidays, Lindsay did contract a rare virus, Chikungunya, but considering she was on vacation when the illness hit, rather than at home in London putting in the hours, it’s not clear whether the prosecutor and/or judge will be sympathetic if she uses the sickness as an excuse.
