On The Bachelor season premiere, contestant after contestant did her best to make a first impression on Chris Soules, but as the last of 30 women to arrive, Jade Roper simply greeted the reality star with a warm smile and handshake. But the fact that she was one of the first women to receive a rose from Chris confirmed the easy chemistry between them!
But as Star has learned, Jade has a wild side that Chris could be totally unaware of — and which could then cause monumental problems between them, should he end up choosing her as his bride-to-be. Not-so-innocent Jade appears totally nude as the star of two X-rated Playboy Amateurs videos that she filmed after leaving Nebraska for Los Angeles! And, in her younger days, she had a number of embarrassing arrests on charges including DUI, petty theft and shoplifting.
“It says something that in a season whose premiere episode included one girl getting blind drunk and another raunchily telling farmer Chris that he could ‘plow [her] field anytime,’ Jade is secretly the wildest contestant of them all,” a show insider tells Star.
Jade’s trouble with the Nebraska law includes a 2004 charge of underage possession of alcohol, a DUI bust with 15-day stay in the local jail and a petty theft charge, which was later dismissed, when her then-roommate’s laptop and Xbox went missing. Finally, in 2011, Jade was collared for shoplifting after she allegedly stole makeup, plus underwear and jewelry, from a local Kohl’s department store. The charge was dismissed after the items were recovered.
Eventually, the now-28-year-old moved to Los Angeles, and, as first reported last November in Reality Steve’s spoiler blog, filmed two totally nude videos for Playboy Amateurs, who whose website she lists her measurements as 32D-24-36, and states: “A friend of mine told me about Playboy casting, so I went…Playboy is the essence of female beauty. I’ve always wanted to be a part of it.”
In one video, Convertible Cruising, Jade writhes naked inside a sports car. In the other, Lounge Act, she does the same on an outdoor patio lounge.
The question now is: Will Jade’s x-rated past have any effect on The Bachelor’s new season? “I have to believe that Jade told the producers about the videos — and her criminal history — before they started filming,” the show insider says. “They could do a big ‘reveal’ later in the season, especially if Chris really takes a liking to her. It’s no secret that a lot of the women come on the series just to make a name for themselves, and when the news about Jade’s raunchy past breaks, I have no doubt that’ll happen for her.”
