Kylie Jenner is still pulling the “no plastic surgery” card! The reality star’s lips have been noticeably enhanced throughout the last year, but still, she insists it’s just from her new makeup techniques.
“You guys have watched me grow up since I was nine,” she explains to Cosmopolitan. “My face is going to get different. Now, I know how to do my makeup, contour and everything. I’m not against surgery. I’d never say no, but I don’t desire it right now.”
The 17-year-old began appearing on Keeping Up With the Kardashians seven years ago, and admits that growing up in the public eye sometimes takes its toll. “When I was like 10, 11, 12, I had a really hard time dealing with the media,” she admits. “During your adolescence, girls deal with their peers at school, then they go home and don’t have to deal with it. It was a lot more haters to deal with, especially since I was younger and my sisters were all so beautiful and had it together. I can have my moments and say I don’t want this life anymore, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. The good is definitely worth the bad.”
Of course, being a reality star means having the most personal moments of your life played out on camera, and for Kylie, that includes her parents’ recent separation and eventual divorce. “I didn’t say anything [on camera],” she says. “I went in my room and cried right after. If they’re happy, I’m happy. I guess.”
