The buzzed about couple spent the Christmas holiday in Hawaii, where they remained for the actor’s big day. The Modern Family star took to Instagram on Sunday to share a hot photo of the pair, and a sweet caption for her man. “Happy happy bday to my love and best friend ❤️❤️” she wrote. “to the one that makes me laugh like crazy!have a healthy wonderfull year babe!!!”
Sofia split from fiance Nick Loeb in May, and just weeks later, was already linked to Joe (who’d admitted to crushing on his now-girlfriend). Since then, the couple have been turning heads for obvious reasons (hello! have you seen them?!), and they’ve quickly become open about their relationship.
Looks like 2015 will be off to a good start for these two!
