Not much progress is being made on the Amanda Bynes front. In fact, things are still so bad for the troubled actress, that her doctors have requested yet another extension on her hospitalization.
The 28-year-old was involuntarily committed last month after a DUI arrest and subsequent strange behavior in Los Angeles and New York City. Originally, doctors received a 2-week extension, which would’ve ended on Monday, but Amanda is, unfortunately, still too ill to care for herself.
Due to these circumstances, the judge granted the doctors’ request for a 30-day extension.
Amanda is reportedly still very upset with her parents for having her committed again, although, at this time, it’s still unclear whether or not Rick and Lynn Bynes will apply for another conservatorship once their daughter is released.
