Time to start finding someone your own age to share clothes with, Bethenny Frankel! On Thursday, a judge ordered the reality star to stop sharing clothes with her daughter, Bryn, referencing a now-viral photo of Bethenny in the 4-year-old’s Hello Kitty! pajama shirt and tiny shorts.
“No more pajamas!” Manhattan Supreme Court justice Ellen Gesmer said. Bethenny’s lawyer was appearing in court to further discuss the division of assets between the 43-year-old and her ex husband, Jason Hoppy.
Even when the lawyer assured the judge that the photo was taken “as a joke,” Ellen did not lighten up on the decision. “It’s not a joke, her child is not a joke,” she said.
Bethenny received a lot of backlash for the photo, which she captioned, “This is my daughter’s nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we’re ready to start sharing clothes yet?”
