The split is official — 11 months after Kris and Bruce Jenner announced their separation, the Kardashian matriarch has filed for divorce in Los Angeles.
RadarOnline.com obtained a copy of the court documents, which cite irreconcilable differences for the split. Kris has also requested joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s 17-year-old daughter, Kylie Jenner.
The 58-year-old also asked to keep her own jewelry and all assets from the date of separation, which is listed as June 1, 2013. The documents also state that the exes will divide the rest of their property at a later date.
Kris and Bruce announced their separation in October 2013 with a joint statement. “We are living separately and we are much happier this way,” they said. “But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends, and, as always, our family remains our number one priority.”
